The absolute worst bank ever with customer service reps that are rude and absolutely no idea how to actually do their job right. And to top it off a skimmer was found on their ATM today. Stay far far away from this bank and thank me later
Guys in this branch has styles and skills. I went to 2 other branches to do a simple thing as identity verification. But they could not figure out how. Even though people here didn’t figure out either, but they were patient and trying to help me out instead of being rude to me like other branches.
But you know! COVID is still very much a thing people!!! WHY are you overcrowding and trying to get others to come into the building, when you're supposed to be social distancing via waiting on the line outside?! AND cutting in front of me and in top of all that?!!!
