Went to this branch to discuss a fraud issue. Waited 20 minutes to speak to branch manager. She came and asked us what we needed help with. Never smiled. We started to tell her what happened. She told us to wait on her office. We waited for several minutes and decided to leave. Did not feel that she wanted to help us at all. Went to a different branch and they were so friendly and nice and helped us right away.

Horrible customer service. If I missed my appointment by 1 hr then there should be a waiting list as other Banks do. Don’t turn me away and tell me reschedule and come back another day. This is unacceptable.
