Horrible experience.
Waited long time to get to talk to someone. No one at reception. When I asked for help to print statements employee asked only if over $10 gain need to report tax. I wouldn’t be here if it’s less than $10. And problem not solved , no one can print it for me because they don’t have access ? ?
This bank location is closed on Saturdays. The teller and front desk associate get too personal with what you want to do with your money or when you withdraw. Why are you asking people out loud what are you here for? It's a bank; what if I have massive cash on me? I do not want the world to know.
