Not helpful at all. All the officer know to do is. … “if you’d step in to the room, I’ll call customer support for you and you can speak to them”. And then she steps out and lets you wait for someone to freaking pick up the phone …. which is never! I went there for help to make a dispute for a stop payment to an ACH, totally useless since she said there is nothing she can do. Does not make sense. She said big banks don’t work like local banks. Smells like body Body odor, Tellers do not communicate effectively, and is always packed Absolutely last resort if you were in a hurry, this may not be the location for you. And if you do not want to smell body odor, this may not be the location for you either.

It doesn’t matter if you come here on a Konday, Wednesday or Saturday, they always have the tellers with the bare minimum. 2 people walking around lobby greeting and seating and 3-4 people in offices. I understand that everybody comes for different needs but to just let a line go to the door with no assistance is not good service. I will continue to leave bad reviews until you guys address this.
