I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I arrived approximately 40 minutes before closing time, yet I was not assisted until about 10 minutes after closing. During the interaction, the staff appeared rushed and spoke in a raised tone, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. More importantly, I was given incorrect instructions by the staff. I came into this branch with a difficult issue. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, I had 24 separate deposits to make for my business. I'm sure this was not something the associates in the bank wanted to deal with. That said, Matthew D. and Kaylyn R. were AMAZING. They were so friendly and so understanding. Kaylyn immediately got to work processing them, while Matthew worked to find ways to speed up the process. I went to this location today to address a debit card issue, the staff at this location were only thinking about solving the problem that’s beneficial for the bank rather than addressing the issue I reported. They said it’s not possible, and suggested that I call the customer care line which I did later and the support on line helped me solve it in 5 mins.
