I came into this branch with a difficult issue. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances, I had 24 separate deposits to make for my business. I'm sure this was not something the associates in the bank wanted to deal with. That said, Matthew D. and Kaylyn R. were AMAZING. They were so friendly and so understanding. This location is offices only with an ATM.
I went to this location today to address a debit card issue, the staff at this location were only thinking about solving the problem that’s beneficial for the bank rather than addressing the issue I reported. They said it’s not possible, and suggested that I call the customer care line which I did later and the support on line helped me solve it in 5 mins.
