Kaylyn is very friendly and considerate; I recommend this bank.
This branch (the short black lady) either has no clue about their job duties, or are just incompetent and rude. I was told they weren't capable of issuing me a check with my account being in pending closure. And went to a branch down the road and got it issued.
I had a very disappointing experience at this branch. I arrived approximately 40 minutes before closing time, yet I was not assisted until about 10 minutes after closing. During the interaction, the staff appeared rushed and spoke in a raised tone, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. More importantly, I was given incorrect instructions by the staff.
