Terry was amazing i came in to open an account and got me set up very quick and professionally honestly made things so simple and was very respectful. Also Ram terry said was the guys nickname was also great to talk to and helped me a lot to understand where and what I was doing with my money. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants a simplified version of a bank account
Worst location. People here apparently do not know how to even do their jobs. They are rude. Except for the one gentleman behind the window
The Hispanic guy Ramordo and Lois were very unprofessional when it comes to customers that aren't their kind! He insisted on something that isn't true! Please do not go to this location they aren't knowledgeable on banking procedures and adamantly unwilling to learn! And the branch manager thereis cosigning their incompetence! Thanks Ryan/Zach (from the downtown location) for restoring my faith in BOA! That's how customer service should look like!
