The only thing that works well at this bank is the ATM. There is always just one teller and typically she is has an attitude.
Great experience
Arrive at the lobby at 3:30 to cash a check. This bank has no drive thru service and only one teller on a Friday afternoon; which is usually the busiest time of the week because it’s payday and they close at 4:00. Customer in front of me can deposit money in her account but she cannot transfer money to another BA account because her phone died and she had to have a working phone to receive a code. Bad customer experience. Don't bother calling they will not answer phone. Lines are crazy long. Branch is under-staffed. Seems to be a trend with Bank of America as I have had similar experiences with other Bank of America branches.
