Honestly, just switch banks. I unfortunately switched to BoA when my wife and I married. Have yet to have a good experience with them, this location along with all other never answer their phone or actually offer support. Nothing says “we’re here to help” like having next to no one available during their limited business hours.
I was sitting at the teller desk yesterday at this location 12003 highway 290 east, manor 78653- because I had coins to deposit she the teller asked me to leave /kicked me out the reason was another customers start to show up and they were waiting at the lobby; However on my way out I complaint to the manger he did not cure - was not helpful - management was poor NOT wise under qualified with no confidence- African American Teller -assoc 713.
