Manor location, convenient, friendly staff. PLENTY of staff, yet for walk in visits, one 1 teller, so your wait time is ridiculous. Unless you only need ATM. They also promptly close at 4pm. I thought banks typically stay open until 5pm.
this Bank is like have not a good service every time you trying to call they never pick up the phone.
I enjoy coming to this Bank of America every month. Robert always greets me with a smile and is happy to help. Savannah and Tete are always available for assisting me with my deposit needs personal and business wise!
ATM seems to be limited on service and rarely works. Bank doesn't have a walk up atm on the inside so unless you're there during business hours good luck getting cash out. Only go here so I don't have to pay fees yet I end up having to go elsewhere anyway.
Savannah helped my husband and I. She solved our problem with ease and was able to think outside the box. I’m glad at stopped at this location.
