ATM never works and if you need something quick thats not happening because you literally have to go inside, so what's the point of having a drive thru 🤦🏽‍♀️I wish it was a wells fargo instead

Every single time I go to this bank when they are open their ATM won't let me make a deposit. Each time it says it on the screen. And when I come back at night it works fine. Not everyone wants to walk in and talk to you people. Some just need to use the ATM. It's like they purposely do it to force people to walk in. Bank of America company has been great. But this place is not.

When I first use this place because it was a line at the outside A.T.M I didn't know my bank card unlocks the door to have access to the ATM's inside I thought that was cool

The one star I did give was for the only helpful person in the building. I walked as as a non member, I have no clue where to go, there are literally 2 women talking in the front just running their mouths, so much so, they apparently didn't see me. One lady came from the back and asked me if I needed help and she was helpful and sent me on my way. All of a sudden, on my way out, now these 2 women can turn and watch me look at them disgusted. How convenient, I've already been helped and on my way out, now you see me....Hire b... read more
