This is the worst branch of BOA. I went yesterday (July 3, 2025 around noon) to this branch in Chicago to deposit some Euros I had from my latest trip to Europe. The teller I talked to directed me to a young woman behind a bulletproof glass - guess she is the cashier. First she said she'd be happy to help with my deposit. Then, she said she'd be back in a moment. And when she did, she wanted to convince me that the printer was out of order, and that was the case with other branches in all of Chicago. ... Don’t deposit large sums of money here. They will close your account and hold your funds. I’m seeking action against this.

I’ve been here twice and literally had the rudest employees. They’re condescending and refuse to do their job. I’ve had great service at other bank of america but the people who work here are unbearable.
