You can’t even call this location. It rings a few times then doesn’t let you hold to talk to someone. It just ends the call.
I came into the branch at 9am. Was asked to sit and wait for a banker. Here at 930am still have not seen or heard from a banker. I simply needed to cash a check. This is absolutely ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this branch. There is no way I should be waiting over 30 minutes just to cash a check.
What a Mesh Bank, I went there to set up a new account, but the customer service representative informed me that they only accept appointments, and the next available is after two weeks. I was very disappointed and decided to close all my existing accounts. I also tried to set it up online, but faced the same issue. This bank has been a mess, and after over a decade as a customer, I’m done. I’m tired and frustrated with them.
