Unacceptable behavior by the "manager". I do not have a name yet as they refused to give me one. I was called a "CRACKER" by the manger and left sitting in his office as he walked out calling me that name saying he will not help me. I was stunned at first and then got up to catch up to him and see ask his name but he just kept walking away and ignored my repeated requests for his name. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and responsibility shown by this bank. My elderly mother, who lives on a fixed income, was able to walk into the bank twice in the same day (3/7/2026) and withdraw $7,500 each time—nearly draining her account down to just $1,000. At no point did anyone question these unusually large withdrawals or check to ensure she wasn’t being taken advantage of.
