The staff was super friendly!!
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care and responsibility shown by this bank. My elderly mother, who lives on a fixed income, was able to walk into the bank twice in the same day (3/7/2026) and withdraw $7,500 each time—nearly draining her account down to just $1,000. At no point did anyone question these unusually large withdrawals or check to ensure she wasn’t being taken advantage of. The worst Bank of America I ever been into
Awesome service! I was immediately approached by an employee. I was at 1st confused because I didn’t even see where the tellers were. He showed me to the area and there was one customer in line. I chose to use the ATM machine in the lobby area as I only needed to withdraw money. East peasy and a great experience. In and out in 5 mins.
