WHAT A SHAME!! Newest branch in this region and ATM inside the bank dınt read my debit card and doesnt work with mobile device contactless card. I had to drive to the branch at brier creek. Atm there both read my debit card and my phone
First, let me say, I do not write reviews frequently. However, this is something BofA must fix, IMMEDIATELY. The outside ATM at this branch's screen (Page RD) is not working properly. I mentioned this to the person inside the branch and they told me someone else SERVICES the ATM outside the branch. It has been like that for a few weeks. They only have control for the ATM inside the branch. I asked her if she could contact someone to tell them to shutdown the ATM since it is not working properly. It's definitely the worst BoA branch I've ever used. I enjoy banking with BoA, but this location off of Page road is subpar.
