Worst bank ever, 0/10. My mom was trying to call for my aunt's card to see what's wrong, and she's been on hold for god knows when. After being on hold for a long long time, they hung up on her. After she gets all the money out of the card under that bank, we're through. Moral: Be mindful of how banks treat people and how the ratings look.
If I could rate it lower, I would. They wouldn’t break bills with me and said only members do it and they need to track everything. Never banking there

Worst bank ever dont bank with bofa i tried to do a mobile deposit from a tax refund i got and apparently my account got closed down due to having mine and my wifes name on it and now i cant take out my deposit from work since it’s supposedly processing this bank is garbage
