Worst bank ever dont bank with bofa i tried to do a mobile deposit from a tax refund i got and apparently my account got closed down due to having mine and my wifes name on it and now i cant take out my deposit from work since it’s supposedly processing this bank is garbage
For faster service go to the branch , but absolutely not in this location Spanish fork , I was looking to get checks and representative respond it can find on line ,every question was not respond , I finally had to communicate with call center.
If I could zero stars I would. I don’t bank with Bank of America but I went to deposit money into someone’s account and they would not accept cash as legal tender and deposit it in that persons account. They required a check or money order. Please don’t bank with these large banks.
Shady operations. I have over 800 credit score, six figure stable income, and they denied me opening a checking account with no explanation whatsoever, even when I asked for more details. Which is illegal.
Of all the banks I've dealt with, this is by far the worst, completely incompetent. God help you if you had over 200k in one of their accounts." Oops , I guess we lost track of it" The corporation should be put out of business.
