Seriously bad service
I want to thank Jonas Michael, Senior Banker at Bank of America, for his outstanding help. I had a bad experience at another branch that caused an issue with my account, but Jonas took the time to listen and got everything fixed right away. He was very professional, respectful, and made me feel valued as a customer. I truly appreciate his help and will continue banking at this location because of him.
We had an excellent experience with Jonas Michael, Senior Banker at Bank of America. My dad had a difficult situation at another location where a mistake was made with his account, but Jonas went above and beyond to resolve the issue quickly and professionally. He was patient, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping us. We’re so grateful for his assistance and will definitely be returning to this branch in the future. Highly recommend!
