I’m really disappointed with the service we received today. My husband and I had an appointment at 1:00 p.m. to open a new account. When we arrived, the representative told us he was busy with another customer and asked if we could wait a little longer because they were experiencing some issues, or that someone else would be able to assist us. I am very impressed with this bank. The environment is exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The facilities are up to date, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Most importantly, the staff provide outstanding customer service—they are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Every visit has been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for excellent service and a modern banking environment.

Diana the manager was super helpful. I never really cared for the tellers, I feel like they pick and choose who they want to be more helpful to so I was expecting a hassle. But Diana stepped in and went above and beyond to help. It was close to closing time and eventually past closing and she still made sure everything was set. She even called the next day to follow up. She is the reason I’m giving 5 stars and will be staying with BOA.
