Made a appointment for 3 p.m.to have some stuff notarized, and,it's 3:45 and,I still haven't been helped!!and,the people here to seem to have e a "I don't care attitude "!!haven't been asked since I originally got here if there is anything they can do to help me!!terrible cust service!!!took 45 min.from my appt time to be seen!!

Went to this location to have an account service performed. Tried calling the customer service but was on hold for over 30 minutes. I assumed going in to the branch I could get the service I needed. I was met by a banker (Mia) whom upon meeting appeared as if I was disturbing her. I inquired about the service I needed. She replied that the service could not be added to my account. And that was it. I immediately called the call center back. After waiting 25 minutes I was connected with an agent who added the service I needed.... read more

Even after booking an appointment, need to wait for half an hour to an hour. I don't understand meaning of appointment. Very frustrating.
