Bank of America on Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville MD is Excellent! Christine Lowe Norris and her Staff are Fantastic and always willing to help with any of my financial needs and questions. I just was introduced and helped by a new member of the staff Francis Fierro; she was so helpful and knowledgeable. I also want to thank Ashley Steger for all of her help and professionalism. Made a appointment for 3 p.m.to have some stuff notarized, and,it's 3:45 and,I still haven't been helped!!and,the people here to seem to have e a "I don't care attitude "!!haven't been asked since I originally got here if there is anything they can do to help me!!terrible cust service!!!took 45 min.from my appt time to be seen!!

非常不好，带歧视，排队等着轮到你的时候居然不让我们做，后面的人比我们晚半个多小时排队，居然让他们先来，我排队排了一个小时就是得到这样的结果，非常生气！

Went to this location to have an account service performed. Tried calling the customer service but was on hold for over 30 minutes. I assumed going in to the branch I could get the service I needed. I was met by a banker (Mia) whom upon meeting appeared as if I was disturbing her. I inquired about the service I needed. She replied that the service could not be added to my account. And that was it. I immediately called the call center back. After waiting 25 minutes I was connected with an agent who added the service I needed.... read more
