Went to this location to have an account service performed. Tried calling the customer service but was on hold for over 30 minutes. I assumed going in to the branch I could get the service I needed. I was met by a banker (Mia) whom upon meeting appeared as if I was disturbing her. I inquired about the service I needed. She replied that the service could not be added to my account. Even after booking an appointment, need to wait for half an hour to an hour. I don't understand meaning of appointment. Very frustrating.
I had an excellent experience with all of the bank tellers I dealt with! They were very kind and helpful and really took their time with me. I highly recommend this BOA branch!
