Endlessly frustrating. In the future, maybe tell your customers that you need both account holders present when changing a name on a joint account before they drive 15 minutes for nothing. This is something that should be as simple as submitting documents through the app anyway. Why wasn't I told that the last time I was here?
Worst bank i been a customer for 2 years yet when i call to speak with someone emergency they never answer due to “being to busy” yet when i arrive in person to the location they are %90 empty terrible service they should mention when you open an account that they would never answer their phones It’s ridiculous
