Artemis, the BOA contact, was the most efficient of all the BOA persons with whom I have spoken in the last week. She answered every question and performed all tasks instantly. With courtesy she was excellent in every way. She needs a raise! I sincerely appreciate her very kind consideration!
Endlessly frustrating. In the future, maybe tell your customers that you need both account holders present when changing a name on a joint account before they drive 15 minutes for nothing. This is something that should be as simple as submitting documents through the app anyway. Why wasn't I told that the last time I was here?
