It was horrible ! I wanted to send Intl Wire Transfer and none of the staff knew what to do! Two managers and a new staff spent over an hour in there and was unable to send because none of them were knowlegable enough to complete the transaction! They were telling me I should of came with complete information whereas I had a step by step printout of the entire information they needed to fill in online yet and still they kept asking me questions on how to proceed! Nice employees but the bank hours are too short. Closing at 4pm is ridiculous!
Friendly staff. Gave me straight answers. They were very helpful starting the account. It was a very pleasant experience. I'm glad I chose the bank.
