I’ve been a BOA customer for 40 years, but just recently had a problem and a teller named Cameron or Brandon at the Julington Creek said that he gave me $44.00 and I said no you didn’t. He was so rude and insistent. I was trying to close a checking account and I put $34.87 to make the small amount of $9.13 that I had left in the checking account to total $44.00 to cover a Zelle payment of $44.00. I have already contacted this department 3 times for various issues and to no avail, always the same answer, we can't help you in any way, call the line, I think you need to check the knowledge of your work with the staff of this department, the service is just at zero, they don't even try to understand the problem
