My wife and I came into this Bank of America location this morning to update some business-related information, and Olga Fox made the entire process effortless. Her professionalism and speed were outstanding. We have visited this branch many times and always had great experiences, but we have never gotten this much accomplished in a single sitting. Olga was sharp, efficient, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Olga, for taking such great care of us today. Highly recommend asking for her.
Absolutely the worst banking experience ever...been a customer for almost 15 years and I dispise this branch...They look out for their bottom dollar and care nothing about their customers 100%...I'd highly suggest finding another trustworthy bank...
