The manager here isn't helpful at all; he keeps saying the same things over and over.

Nate was tremendously helpful this morning. He was super friendly and professional. I had a problem with the appointment system and Nate was so kind to take over so I did not have to wait for more than 10 minutes. He got my account renewed and answered all my questions within 20 minutes.
One of the worst Bank of Americas I’ve seen in my life. As an ex employee, these new employees are completely a different caliber, theyre soooo lazy and they have an answer that’s ready for you, they never bother to double check, check with their manager “it takes two to say no” Our fellow teller today, from sitting in his chair with only one customer in the bank(me) decided that he doesnt have crisp $1 bills in the vault.
