The white guy works in the bank lobby is not professional with BOA banking things. He doesn't know what the CD mature date means and lied to me that he has done setting to automatically renew my CD, which never happened (I monitored my online banking for two days). Therefore, I had to go there again to work with another agent to get the renew. BOA should fire this unprofessional liar. Such a disgraceful employee.

Corporate: DO NOT put on the mobile app that after a fraudulent charge closes my debit card, mind you, a charge THAT I DID NOT HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER, if you need your new debit card sooner, to visit a financial center. THEY DO NOT OFFER A REPLACEMENT CARD AT THE FINANCIAL CENTER. You're forced to wait 7-10 business days to get your new one! You don't even offer express service to get sooner.
