Everytime I have to come to this branch it’s a bad experience. I’ve been with Bank of America for 29 years and they fail to provide even the most basic of services. Today I was told by a teller “I work in finance and you can’t deposit your business check”. Ok. You’re a cashier in a suite, calm down buddy.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this branch. First of all, the employee who assisted me was wearing a football jersey. In my opinion, this is completely inappropriate attire for someone representing a bank and did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected. More importantly, I already had enough money in my account to cover the cashier’s check. While processing my request, the employee asked if I had cash to make up the remaining amount. Poor, poor customer service. There is always a line for the ONE teller, but a lobby full of associates who can't help when the ONE teller is out, yet they still ask how they can help. How is that making the best experience possible for each customer?
