Came here because my insurance paid me out with a check from Bank of America, and didn't know the process for cashing them so I get inside and the person who was walking in after us but held the door for her got seen right away. They saw i had a check in hand and told me to wait and someone would help me. 8 other people walked in and stood in line, I figured since they asked me to wait they would be able to help me. Awful customer service. 4 associates doing absolutely nothing. Couldn’t help us No one was in the lobby. We had to make an appointment for another day.
I went to deposit a check for my dad, BoA is not my bank. I went at 11am on a Wednesday. They had NO teller and asked if I could come back in 30 minutes. I ran some errands, returned at 11:45 and there were 4 people in line in front of me! While I was waiting, I read the BoA exceeded Wall Street profit expectations and its stock was WAY up. I wonder how they do that? Forcing customers to DIY banking. Happy I'm not a BoA customer.
