Terrible service, and the ATM is broken; I had the same problem two days in a row, yet they haven't taken it out of service. I am attaching videos of the issue. I made a $500 withdrawal in $100 bills, but it only gave me five $20 bills; I've had the same problem for two days.
Im really thinking about changing my bank. They have some of the rudest people working here. I was overdrafted for no reason i had money in my account at all time and when I went to go talk to them inside they acted like I was a criminal or something oh my god so rude to me.
Impossible to actually call this loaction the automated system is trash like this bank
Everytime I have to come to this branch it’s a bad experience. I’ve been with Bank of America for 29 years and they fail to provide even the most basic of services. Today I was told by a teller “I work in finance and you can’t deposit your business check”. Ok. You’re a cashier in a suite, calm down buddy.
