Yesterday i deposited a check and the manager assured me there was no hold on it. Today there is a 5 day hold. This lie has caused me much stress and inconvenience. The “help” channels were very dismissive and refused to help me. Dont lie to your customers!!!!!
One teller window. Slowest teller experience I've ever seen, and the teller was very incompetent. Slow system, slow people, multiple people including myself, standing in line for 15 to 20 minutes. They have multie people getting customers and walking us back to a waiting area while ONE teller works ONE window. That makes no sense.
I come in for a work deposit. It's a lot of work and takes some time. I always appreciate the friendly customer service I receive from this bank. It makes it a lot less of a chore.
Let me just say, I never thought I would leave a review for a bank, but Sophia was absolutely FANTASTIC!! I went in for a simple wire which went flawlessly, but the conversation was what made it!! So down to earth. Now we got to get out on slopes!!!! lol -Matt
