Very helpful & professional
The best Bank of America I have ever been too. The Manager Dylan was a delight to work with, and so the gentleman that helped me inside. I will make this my Go-to branch for when needed.
The staff helped me cash my savings bonds and were very clear and courteous.
Went to cash two government savings bonds. Was told I couldn’t cash them and could only deposit them since I didn’t have enough “collateral” to cover the value of the bonds (a combined total of $160), and that they might not be “valid” (so what was the point of running them through the check validating machine?) It took a full business day to get the money into my account. Bank of America is terrible and will treat you like garbage.
