Wonderful people
Accusatory staff with little knowledge who thinks they’re lawyers. I’ve been with BOA for 28 years. Leaving on account of how I was spoken to today. My lawyers have confirmed I had everything I needed to open a trust account. The bank employees think they know more than lawyers. 2 hours and got nowhere. Not what people need when a parent dies. This bank is for children only.
