No one answers the phone Whats the point of having one?
I had a great experience at this branch. I came in without an appointment but Satin was more than willing to help me and explained everything very well. I highly recommend her! The staff members were all very kind and answered all my questions.
I would like to thank Touria and Reham for helping me open an account, and buying my first house, when i moved from abroad. They have both taken care of my needs and were super helpful and friendly. I am pretty sure that i will keep working with that specific branch just because of how awesome is the customer service and the friendliness of their people. Thanks again!
I went to withdraw money from the teller and the experience was super friendly. Alison was very professional and welcoming teller
So far I've had nothing but issues since trying to open a new business account. Lady that helped me open the account entered information incorrectly, had my account flagged for fraud because I missed a phone call which they didn't leave a message or attempt to reach me another way before jumping to that conclusion, had to speak with a dozen people to stop it from closing just a week after I opened it, now they have a hold on my money.
