Tried canceling a CC, spoke with rep, and said that you have to go in person. I drove several hours away just to get to one, and upon arriving, they stated that they could not cancel/close a CC in person only over the phone. The BOA website specifically states that they can cancel in person. I showed them, and they refused and stated that I must call the rep. Its pretty ridiculous that they can blatantly lie and refuse to do their job.

While I certainly understand how some people might be frustrated that this is such a small branch, the level of service here is absolutely unparalleled. Since most banking can be done online these days, there are fewer and fewer reasons to walk into a bank branch. But if you have need to do so, you can rest assured that you will be well taken care of and treated well. No one answers the phone Whats the point of having one?
I had a great experience at this branch. I came in without an appointment but Satin was more than willing to help me and explained everything very well. I highly recommend her! The staff members were all very kind and answered all my questions.
