While I certainly understand how some people might be frustrated that this is such a small branch, the level of service here is absolutely unparalleled. Since most banking can be done online these days, there are fewer and fewer reasons to walk into a bank branch. But if you have need to do so, you can rest assured that you will be well taken care of and treated well. No one answers the phone Whats the point of having one?
I had a great experience at this branch. I came in without an appointment but Satin was more than willing to help me and explained everything very well. I highly recommend her! The staff members were all very kind and answered all my questions.
I would like to thank Touria and Reham for helping me open an account, and buying my first house, when i moved from abroad. They have both taken care of my needs and were super helpful and friendly. I am pretty sure that i will keep working with that specific branch just because of how awesome is the customer service and the friendliness of their people. Thanks again!
