Abdullah at Bank of America (2333 Lincoln Highway) was excellent to work with. Even with a few people waiting in line, he still gave me his undivided attention and didn’t rush me at all. He was professional and patient, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. If you need help at this location, ask for Abdullah—solid service. Went to open up a trust bank account and had probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a bank in my 55 years. VP Priyanka Patel - demeaning, rude, unhelpful, has no concept of customer service, couldn’t listen to my concerns or needs and had zero empathy. The very first thing I said was I needed to open a trust account which means loss and she has not a caring feeling in her soul. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours off my life. Highly incompetent tellers for business . I had lots of issues with BOA for business and it feels like it was a last drop. I will move my business needs elsewhere. This was my primary bank but I’m done. They couldn’t read the check through the machine , I said I can bring the lower part of the check which they said is not needed. I specifically mentioned I do not want to drive for an hour to get another check. They wrote on my check -return to the maker.
