Came today with my son who is 10 for his first bank account. The banker who I had an appointment with was having computer issues so a newer banker named Joshua helped us. I was really impressed with how he was able to seamlessly walk us through the process and impress upon my boy the importance of starting good money management now. He also got me signed up with the new rewards program and suggested I think about a 529. He is an asset to this location. Highly recommend!
It’s been a pleasure to work with Kelli and Ben- they were welcoming, genuinely friendly, and enthusiastic to work with me. Ben was very personable as he walked me through options and helped me choose the account types that would work for best for me. No pressure to choose more than I needed, no upselling other products. I’m happy to travel the 20 miles from my home to work with them.
