It’s been a pleasure to work with Kelli and Ben- they were welcoming, genuinely friendly, and enthusiastic to work with me. Ben was very personable as he walked me through options and helped me choose the account types that would work for best for me. No pressure to choose more than I needed, no upselling other products. I’m happy to travel the 20 miles from my home to work with them.
Super slow
Felecia and Juan were excellent! My mom and I really enjoyed opening up our account with them. We once again feel safe with our bank and really appreciate it.
They always have the same teller , and she’s incredibly slow. She has no sense of urgency at all. People who come in a hurry have to wait a long time for her to do her job at a snail’s pace.
