Inviting and supportive staff all the time.
I've had nothing but a good experience at the branch on W. Ridge Rd. I went to get my name corrected and was greeted and taken care of right away by Officer Senior Banker Amos Trout Paine. He was very friendly and very helpful. Definitely will recommend this branch to family and friends.
