Draper location.. went to send a wire to buy a house, manager was absolutely amazing, but is stuck behind the corporate grind, they are forced to push products on you, now that the whole Wells Fargo thing is over, Bank of America is doing the same thing. The bank staff were amazing! The lobby manager was friendly and welcoming, and the teller patiently resolved my complex case, even staying late to help. A great experience!
We have been a Bank of America customer for over 35 yrs in a different state and were so excited when we saw them open a branch in Draper. But our experience at this location has been awful. Each time we have gone in it has been the slowest, painful experience plus we are questioned what we are doing with OUR money. We have been in the bank 2 times in the last month to get a cashiers check only to be told it would be 25-30 minutes before they could help us.
