Seriously has become the worst bank. Been with them 20 years and such a train wreck where no one is properly trained, zero oversight, no follow through, information you're given isn't accurate and they make you come in for the most ridiculous things anymore. Bank at a credit union where convenience is paramount and customers are valued.Â
