All around awful experience. The staff were late to open the door and left us standing in the heat with a warning alarm going off every 5-10 seconds. Ella was 5 minutes late to her first appointment of the day and was completely unhelpful and clearly did not care. I'll be taking all of my banking services to Fidelity in the future, Bank of America doesn't care about their customers.

I went to the Bank Of America today at the Thornton location on Grant St. The Manager was helpful and advisor J. Macias had just come into work. I had no appointment but she took the time to help me with my business. She did a great job and was a professional. I really appreciate people who do a GREAT Job and have good Customer service! Thank You
