I went to the Bank Of America today at the Thornton location on Grant St. The Manager was helpful and advisor J. Macias had just come into work. I had no appointment but she took the time to help me with my business. She did a great job and was a professional. I really appreciate people who do a GREAT Job and have good Customer service! Thank You

Is pretty much always working and very efficient!
Don't even use this bank but had to deposit a check from my work. They only have one teller which 1. Is inconvenient especially for customers who actually use your bank and 2. The teller is overworked (as was my case). They have a TON of rooms and plenty of space for other teller spots. I feel bad for people who use this bank if they have to deposit checks or get money orders because it takes a while.
This Bank's customer service model really doesn't work for the customer there's eight people in line on a Saturday morning and only one teller ever
