I regularly go here to cash checks and make large cash payments on my credit card. I've been told numerous times to just use the ATM to deposit and then take cash out. If that's what I wanted to I'd do a mobile deposit instead of making the drive there. TWICE I have gone there and have been told they can't do it because someone is out sick or the person that has access to the vault won't arrive until 1:00. Doesn't help me if I am there at 9:30am!! The person at the front who greeted me was rude and un helpful. He thought he knew what I wanted but was wrong, thankfully he passed me off to someone else who listened to me and answered my questions! Most of your job is customer service and you failed badly! Where is the next closer BoA ?
