Cannot reach anyone by phone. You'll have to go online. Tried to email as well and it went unanswered. Prior to the poor service, I worked with Lizzy Katwe. She was excellent but got transferred. I give 2 stars for the convenient location and parking.Â

Jurries still out. Today I tried to reach out to the Merrill Lynch advisor at the branch who opened my CD 6 months ago as it has matured and I wanted to consider reinvesting but so far all I have achieved is leaving messages in inbox of a person of different gender and name at the phone number on the business card I received. Email to the address come back as undeliverable. Not holding out much hope for a good outcome.Â
