Very bad bank customer service. I was on the line and I was so thirsty and they don’t have water and they don’t have any coffee. I will never choose this place again.

My experience today sucked at this Highland Ave, Needham Bank of America ("BoA") location. Sat down with one of their advisors, Hanzel Reinoso, who kept his composure as I was getting so frustrated because, as usual, Bank of America continually disappoints with what services they offer with their cards, apps, electronical platforms, etc.. For example, in the past when waiting for a new card in the mail, I've been able to use a BoA e-debit card. Bernie was very helpful and very efficient in helping me with my needs. She did not rush me, took the time to help me with my issue and was patient with her words and actions. I’ll be coming back to this branch for my needs.
