I went to Bank of America in Dedham twice in the past 6 months, and the experience was nothing short of frustrating. The staff seemed completely untrained, moving at a painfully slow pace with no sense of urgency or professionalism. Simple requests turned into long, drawn-out processes, and no one appeared to have a clue about how to handle basic banking tasks.
