The only branch in the world where you need an ID to make change for quarters . Never had this issue before . You don’t need an ID to vote in this country, but In dedham mass you need your ID to make change for quarters. Bsffr
This place is a disgrace. I used their ATM to make a cash withdrawal and the machine did not dispense the correct denominations, so I went inside to have a teller correct this and they said without an account at their bank they would not make change for me. I explained I just paid their $4 ATM fee and requested specific bills, but the machine made a mistake. Didn’t matter. They would not help. Terrible customer service.

This might be the nicest Branch I have ever been to, it was a very pleasant experience.
