This location can never get things done, I have to go out of my way to another location to get the same job done successfully and on a timely manner. At first I thought it was Bank of America in general but it’s this location and employees specifically that can’t get things done whatever the excuse might be that day.
I waited a long time for poor service.
Went in for a name change, they mailed me my debit card with my old name. Told me I would need to come back in to update my debit card name. What a joke.
I have account with two other banks this bank is the worst. customer service is so bad. you need make appointment for everything. The employees look like they don’t wanna be there or hate their job.
