I have personal and business accounts at Bank of America and manage them at this branch. The manager and every single one of the team have always been amazingly helpful, kind, proactive and willing to go the extra mile to take care of my different needs. So far, is the best banking experience I've ever had. Kudos to the whole team 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Appointments should be reliable. I made arrangements and lost valuable time off work, only to be told my appointment was canceled without a clear reason in last minute. Very dissatisfied with this level of service.
This location can never get things done, I have to go out of my way to another location to get the same job done successfully and on a timely manner. At first I thought it was Bank of America in general but it’s this location and employees specifically that can’t get things done whatever the excuse might be that day.
I waited a long time for poor service.
