Customer service is subpar. I've been a BofA customer for a few years and the times I go into this specific location. The employees seem to be doing nothing and they're is no urgency to attend to the customer. They also do not allow you to deposit checks at the back counter anymore and instead opted to make it the standard to deposit using iPads which is essentially the same as doing a eDeposit myself which takes longer for the funds to be available. Just left this bank and all I can say is THANK YOU!! Had a buyer coming in from out of state who needed to get some extra funds to close last minute. They were kind enough to stay 30 minutes past their closing time to accommodate and save the day so we could close. THANK YOU!!
Let me start that I’m 20+ years Bank of America customer, and I had the worst customer service experience ever at this branch twice. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, incompetent and inexperienced. They refused to withdraw my money from my own bank account with no explanation or reason. I don’t even go to this branch anymore, don’t want to see those unhappy faces. It’s the closest one to my home, yet I avoid it like a plague. Other BOA branches in Pittsburgh area are ok.
