Let me start that I’m 20+ years Bank of America customer, and I had the worst customer service experience ever at this branch twice. The staff is very rude, unprofessional, incompetent and inexperienced. They refused to withdraw my money from my own bank account with no explanation or reason. Awesome people
Easily the worst banking experience I ever had. I opened an account online deposited $25, was informed there was a hold placed on my account. Ok fine, I take 2 forms of ID into the branch location and open another account, changed my direct deposit into this account in hopes of getting their advertised bonus for a new customer. At this branch visit I was told your 1st account with the hold on it will be closed soon and you can have your deposit back. I have used this branch before, they have very friendly and helpful staff and thank you very much.
Expecting open a checking account take 5-6 hours, they are under- trained, inexperienced.
