We visited this particular branch today and found it to be very professional and friendly. There’s high level of attention to detail and our representative walked us through tedious documents regarding our Trust. Thank you, Joshua for your care and concern and professionalism. This is not a bad branch. Went in to open a checking account. It was such a simple task but somehow 1. Took over a hour 2. Talked me into opening advanced checking account which requires higher monthly fee. Lied about it is the only type of account come with promotional bonus 3. No bonus after completing the requirements. it turned out the person didn’t even put in the promotion code like she said she did.
I wish all Bofa to be like that. Very helpful guys here. Thank you.
