Last week I brought my daughter in to this branch to set her up with a bank account for college. Ricardo got us started right away. The process was so easy! He took the time to explain everything to my daughter, showed her how to access everything online, including how to change her direct deposit with her employer. He also talked to her about building credit, how credit cards work, and the importance of paying on time, and credit utilization! I wish someone would have taken the time to explain all that to me when I was 18! ... read more

This is quite weird branch overall! No one checks on you no update and this is my second attempt to talk to an associate and not successful at all. The only thing works beside tellers is ATM here!
