Service was plain bad
Great option for the ATM drive thru. It’s usually not packed.
Sadly, this is the worst BoA I have experienced for a simple service, notary. There were only two customers in front of me and it took over 30 mins. The lobby attendant discussed James information on his deposits in front of everyone waiting. You have multiple staffers walking around but most seemed clueless to customer concerns. If you don’t have to use this BoA, DON’T! They won’t improve their practices until their customers force them.
