Bank of America is great
This Bank of America location is extremely convenient for UConn students. However, I have never had what I consider to be a friendly and welcoming experience here. For example, I have come in for cash and check related matters and have been told, "You can go outside and use the ATM for that". What if I had wanted to make a withdrawal of smaller bills that are not available from the ATM? Additionally, the hours are unreasonably minimal and I was almost never able to find a time when they were actually open for me to visit.
