I went there on a weekday and there was only 1 person ahead of me in line. The Latino bank manager was very welcoming and managed the bank well by being there to help the customers in the lobby which helped streamline things and people didn't have to wait as long. This is the first BOA I have ever went to that was actually personable, efficient, and had a small town bank experience.

Great staff , and one of their staff i don’t remember the name i guess its eroback ero , he has good patience and helped me solved my issues thanks!!!
