Horrible service. Be prepared to wait a half an hour minimum for a simple transaction and if you ask politely, if there’s any way they can open another window you will be ignored or give an attitude like you are not the client. Need to change management with people skills.
Unacceptable long line to cash checks. Only 2 cashiers and 12 people in front of me. Very poor BOA customer service at this location is horrible
Very friendly and helpful
The lady who attends the customer is very rude.. I hope they get trained on the tone they use towards customers. Worst bank service ever.
