Worst bank experience. Service is awful. Greeter was useless as was the banker. Every time I go into this branch it is under staffed. Use a different bank or at least go to a different branch. Don’t use one on post road .
I was calling 4 times and not even once they picked up the phone. Unacceptable.
Horrible service. Be prepared to wait a half an hour minimum for a simple transaction and if you ask politely, if there’s any way they can open another window you will be ignored or give an attitude like you are not the client. Need to change management with people skills.
Unacceptable long line to cash checks. Only 2 cashiers and 12 people in front of me. Very poor BOA customer service at this location is horrible
