I would like to express a lot of gratitude and a big thank you to Jeannette Matos, who works at this branch. My mother recently passed away, and she had a B of A account that had my dad, brother and myself listed as beneficiaries. Steven Gold and Jeanette Matos were both outstanding. Their knowledge and follow up turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into something that was quick and efficient. Both were also very pleasant to work with.
Absolutely horrible for business. Zelle gets flagged every time, NO access online and NO 24/7 fraud department. Switching back to Wells Fargo after being on the phone for over an hour and a half once they opened.
I've banked at the Fairfield branch for more than 25 years. I have had excellent service and prompt attention to my banking needs from the team. The current team at the branch are professional and helpful. I consider them to be friend because they are courteous and responsive. Tis is a great branch. I would not bank anywhere else!
