Very rude and incompetent teller. She took over $2000 stick it in her drawer behind a glass then went to her manager and came back and claimed I stole it. After checking her drawer, she found she had taken it without recording it. Not only did she not apologize but continued her lie. The manager and other employees could not understand why I would be upset and advised me I could get an account at another bank of if I dint understand. Pulled up to the ATM, I was the next person in line. Then a brinks truck pulls up and puts a cone in front of my car. I was literally the only car in line, and he tells me to go inside. Super rude guy, and the 2 atms inside are in employee only usage mode. So I cant even do my transactions because this brinks guy comes in and blocks off the only customer in line. Extremely inconvenient to arrive and the bank is closed at 4pm when other reputable banks such as Capital One, Chase, Wells Fargo, M&T, etc are all open from 9am until 5pm on the weekdays and from 9am until 12pm on Saturdays... BofA has been letting a complete inconvenience lately and I can no longer Recommend them to my friends or family members. They have become a hassle to deal with.
