Came in to make a deposit for my business and this rude lady in the front named “jimmy” wants to tell me to wait and have a seat with another group of people to wait instead of walking to the back. The whole point of coming into the branch to deposit is because I have a large sum of cash on my person, I’m not going to sit down with people around me while I have a large sum of cash on me. Maybe instead of hiring a front desk lady you guys could use “jimmy” as a teller.

Customer service was great from the time I walked in. Had to deposit a large check which I didn’t want to do at atm. Very polite reps, will use this branch again.

Horrible experience at this bank. For 3 weeks now, I have attempted to deposit our business's money here and each time they have no one available to assist with that for at least until an half hour later. Their excuse: "We only have one teller at the moment and she's away for lunch". Wasted over 30 minutes each time driving to this location, only to be told to wait another half hour to and hour. Never again.
