No respect for customers timing. I showed up for my appointment however Greg apparently stepped out. What a joke
I opened a business account. The staff members were really nice and helpful, and Gregory helped me do it without an appointment. Along the way, I made a mistake that made his job more difficult, but he was really patient and solved it within 10 minutes. Overall, it was one of my best banking experiences. Arriving early might have helped (it was not busy), but in any case, they all had really positive energy right after they opened.
Terrible customer service experience. Bad enough that I am leaving a review. And that’s bad. Be prepared for the following. Guaranteed. 1. Line out the door 2. Only one teller on duty 3. Attitude from the teller Those three things alone are a recipe for bad customer service. And don’t you dare need anything helpful.
Bad experience. Arrogant people.
