How do you become a manager at a bank and not know the denomination exchange policy at said bank? I was refused a denomination exchange, stating they needed to deposit and withdraw the cash. I’ve utilized denomination exchanges countless times at 20+ banks of americas and this is the first time I was ever denied a denomination exchange (from 20’s to 100’s.) I genuinely hope this manager is fired and replaced asap. Rude and entitled attitudes as well.
