Laura was great. She went out of her way to get all of our questions sorted and is even following up on one over the weekend that she had to wait for a response on. She was compassionate to our situation and worked to get everything ironed out for us quickly.

As background, I've been a Merrill Lynch customer for years but had resisted moving my banking relationship to Bank of America because of a lack of local branches. So, when BofA opened up this branch several years ago, I thought I would move a couple of accounts over to it. That was a mistake. I don't know if it's all of Bank of America or just this Lafayette branch, since this is the only branch I've used, but I've yet to have a good experience at this branch.
