The manager is anti-customer service. Didn't care what I came in for and didn't offer any assistance. She just tried to dismiss me with "you didn't need to come in. You can do everything on your app." I didn't have the app and I wasn't yet a customer... But I was trying to open an account. I did need in-bank assistance to verify ID and finalize account details for a new joint account, in coordination with a co-executor at an out of state branch. So I walked in with nobody inside except the workers right when I got inside an African American girl with big glasses on was just talking with a guy that works with her so I told her that I just wanted 2 ask a question and she said have a seat and I will be right with you so while I'm sitting down she goes into her office and the guy follows her so while I'm sitting down she was talking about her husband 2 the guy then she gets on the phone after she got done she starts talking with the guy again so I'm still waiting on her... read more

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was absurd. I came in today simply needing to withdraw $60 from my account, and after waiting close to 30 minutes, I was not helped at all. Because of recent fraud on my account, I had to order a new debit card and couldn’t use my Apple Wallet, so I went inside expecting assistance. Instead, I was given the complete runaround.
