Slow poor service. Personal bankers sit in offices as customers wait for service. I have spent over an hour just trying to get a check cashed.
We came into town and needed to close out our BoA accounts due to no locations near our home. The other locations were full until close. Will, the manager, was amazing and helped us get everything done in 5 minutes. Treasure cut us the checks. It was seamless and smooth.

This bank is horrible, the bank teller who's name is treasure and the bank manager who's name is summer were very rude to me and treated me like I was a criminal, I felt uncomfortable and not at all welcomed at all I will definitely be letting my employer know about this and if I was corporate I would think about who I have working for me and if they are the right people for the job, I will never step foot in your bank again and I think that the community would like to know about this as well.
