Heavyn was absolutely wonderful! She helped me cash a check with ease and took the time to talk with me about opening an account so I could avoid fees in the future. She was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her when I’m ready to open my account.

I'm not really fond of this Bank I was going to switch to this Bank opened an account. But I'm a contractor and a poor one of that They randomly put holds on checks for over a week for them to clear which is obnoxious I deposit to check on a friday. It won't clear until over a week later to the following Monday. If I'm lucky it'll be like Friday after There's better options

There's a better banks. You can tell from the comments the staff is quite obnoxious. The bank itself does nothing to correct this The transaction time for this bank is somewhat obnoxious put a hold on a $50 check for a week to make sure it clears 🤣 I deposited a $12,000 check Counting the weekend it took it 9 days to clear 🤣🤣 They work on the MRDD level And to be clear I deposited a $14,000 check in my fifth third Bank it took it 3 days to clear..
