For being with BOA for 10+years I will probably be switching. Although I was able to get some of the stuff I needed done. I still left with issue. Staff wasn’t the most professional and made me feel like coming in was an inconvenience. Not to mention I called this branch twice (no answers) before driving the 45 minutes to keep hearing the staff say “you need an appointment.” And “we will set you an an appointment” were is customer service? Heavyn was absolutely wonderful! She helped me cash a check with ease and took the time to talk with me about opening an account so I could avoid fees in the future. She was patient, kind, and genuinely helpful. I’ll definitely be reaching out to her when I’m ready to open my account.
