Had to wait 15 min to withdraw cash from the teller. They don’t keep a teller at the window. Only have one banker on durning lunch who is extremely rude, if they want to go the route of having no help at the physical location they need to make it so I can do everything online or through the app I don’t have an hour to wait to be seen by a banker
I do not have an account with Bank of America but had a Bank of America check I had to cash. I called them to make sure I could cash it without having an account. They were polite and courteous on the phone informed me that I would need two forms of ID, and they would charge me $8 went into their location and was treated respectfully by the receptionist informed her that I had a check I needed a cash but was not an account holder she was polite and got someone to help me within 30 seconds had no problems cashing the check wa... read more
