Opened an in person checking account here for my son..took an hour of mindless chatter to get it going ..1 week later this adv safe balance checking account gets hacked twice..never recovered $ due to incompetent customer.service on phone. I went last week to change out currency and same rep.shows impatience that I need multiple currencies in diff denominations..a 2 min.transaction at most! Been banking with my west coast BofA for 50 yrs..this east coast version is far from adequate. Eastern bank is much better for locals.
