Stupidity at its max. We had a confirmed appointment at 12, but when I showed up, they told me it was at 11:30 and said they can’t do anything about it. When I asked if any other location could help, they just gave me numbers to call and check for an appointment myself. I’m honestly very frustrated with this. I have opened several accounts for my employees with Carlos, and this is the first time I’m facing such poor handling. My original appointment was scheduled for Friday, then it was moved to Monday at 12—and now this

All of my Personal Information was compromised. As a result, I had to close all of my Bank of America accounts and services, and begin again. Grace Timcik was calm (as I was definitely upset) and professionally and methodically went through creating new accounts and services for me. While there have been times when I thought BofA could have handled something better (I have been a customer for more than 40 years), I was very glad they were my Bank through all of this.

I only went here because the phone support screwed up and said I needed to visit a center in person. This location has limited hours (especially for those with a day job) and insensitive, inflexible, and frankly, insulting staff (and no, I don't make that claim lightly). On top of it, I waited and they still couldn't fix the problem, saying their systems were down. Beyond frustrated with this company and going to seriously reconsider future accounts with them.

You need more people like Grace and Carlos , they were great!
