I'm facing unprofessional service from fraud department of this bank and when I have visited the branch, the banker and her manager simply couldn't help and didn't care. Worth bank and very unprofessional staff.
Don't expect any kind of service as a walk in. Everything requires an appointment even if you go first thing when they open, only God will be able to help you if you have all the paperwork you need to make a payment for a relative that passed because they wont care or help. Absolutely zero point in having a brick and mortar location that cant help anyone. We will be closing out every account attached to our estate and going elsewhere to a bank that cares about their customers
