Don't expect any kind of service as a walk in. Everything requires an appointment even if you go first thing when they open, only God will be able to help you if you have all the paperwork you need to make a payment for a relative that passed because they wont care or help. Absolutely zero point in having a brick and mortar location that cant help anyone. We will be closing out every account attached to our estate and going elsewhere to a bank that cares about their customers

This location is suck, Zero communication skills of counter , very rude unprofessional. I am regretting for working with this location. The counter and bankers need to educated themselves first. I provide them a Cashier check . I asked how soon the money will be in my account, he said tomorrow morning. It’s been a week it’s still on hold . Lies lies . They should terminate this msn immediately. The management should fire them all .
I walked 2 hours to cash a check with my bank and they told me I couldn't cash it and I had to go to another bank. What's the point of having an account if I cant put money in it
