This BoA branch is truly run like a Navy ship. I don’t come in often, but their friendly branch manager is always right at the door to greet me. She directed me to a side office where a teller helped me with what I was doing. 10/10 experience every time and so polite!!
Bank of America is general is miserable to deal with. Do not engage in business with this predatory company at all.
