Shitty useless credit card. Charging me 120 statement balance when I had not used a single time
Bank Consultant, Mattheu, was very helpful today! Update: 09/13/24 I went out of my way to revisit this BOA location and called for Mattheu. My issue with my debit card was quickly resolved. He's very flamboyant in appearance and effective in communication. I have a feeling he'll reach executive status in a top firm one of these days.
Would have given minus ZERO. Stood in line 10 minutes not one teller acknowledged me. They were too busy discussing trips and vacations to California and Mexico and family members. Just walked out!!
Bank Consultant, Mattheu, was very helpful today!
What an awful company. I had to drive 1 hour to the nearest Branch building because I changed phone numbers and could no longer verify my account. I couldn't change it over the phone or online. Then, It took exactly 1 hour to update my phone number in person at the branch. The branch wasn't even busy, they took me back right away. The entire holdup was corporate, because the branch lady and I were on hold about 40 minutes, just to get a code to type into my phone app to enter my account.
