I had a very frustrating experience with this bank branch. Even though there were hardly any customers present, I was told that no one was available to help with my account. Instead, they offered me an appointment at the end of the week, which felt unnecessary given how empty the branch was. After this, I checked Google reviews and noticed several other customers had reported the same issue. That made me lose confidence completely. I visited just before closing because I was unable to get there any earlier and was afraid they would not let me endorse my hail damage check from my insurance, but the gentleman that greeted me was unphased by this and was so welcoming and professional. I am in the service industry and I was very impressed by his can-do attitude and friendliness, and patience as he had to make several phone calls to complete my transaction.
