I'm so happy theirs a Bank of America here in Ohio
I am about to leave here and I just become a customer worse experience I have ever had with a bank. Ever I updated my phone number online right? Not thinking anything bad Will happen once I did that I could not get in my account I called the 1800 number they keep saying they see my new number they don't understand why it won't let me in and I had to go to the bank. I did that no issues. Went in they could not help me I had to keep calling and get a code evey time I had to unlock my code. That took over 2 months. Now I can ge... read more
Went to get new card and was told they couldn't order me one.. Not sure why but you would think you can walk in your bank and request assistance with something as simple as a replacement card.. Spent 15 minutes with young lady and still couldn't get my request completed.
