I want to thank Hayley Pross for her exceptional help at this branch. I was dealing with a stressful technical glitch with my online banking that locked me out of my account. Hayley was incredibly solution-oriented and handled the situation with a very positive attitude. As an elderly customer, I truly appreciated her patience and how she persisted until my access was restored. She provided excellent service!
No other bank in America takes 5 whole days to clear a check from your current employer. Direct deposit takes time, after starting a new job. But 5 days to retrieve my funds after a mobile deposit? Any other bank is better. Will be there soon to close my account.
Thank you to all the workers that helped me here! Samantha, Michelle, and Ebenny helped me to figure out what to do next after my cashier check was not received by my wedding venue. To say the least, I was freaking out, but they were very kind and helped me to come up with a solution. The team is very understanding and knowledgeable. I even went to a bofa location by my job at one point and they weren’t able to help me as much as this location. Coming back for sure!
