Thank you to all the workers that helped me here! Samantha, Michelle, and Ebenny helped me to figure out what to do next after my cashier check was not received by my wedding venue. To say the least, I was freaking out, but they were very kind and helped me to come up with a solution. The team is very understanding and knowledgeable. I even went to a bofa location by my job at one point and they weren’t able to help me as much as this location. Coming back for sure!

I was moved to write this review because of the high quality service and wonderful care that I’ve received from the staff at the Bank of America in Wayne, New Jersey- for their superb coordination in the handling of a time sensitive and complex matter, under the direction of a great Manager, Rosa Goicochea. Staff here are always very nice and eager to help. I frequent here often and have never had a bad experience. It is also usually very empty and hence you can handle your business quickly. Can’t recommend this branch more. The parking can be a bit iffy sometimes but that’s alright you just get a few extra steps in.
Went in as I was experiencing a problem with my checking account. I was asked, in detail, what I needed in a lobby with other people, then told I needed an appointment! Only when so threatened to take every cent of mine out of this bank was I helped! Terrible branch, they don’t know what customer service is! Sometimes customers need immediate assistance. While waiting I observed them telling a potential new customer they had an appointment for her the following day. She left the bank! Seriously BOA, learn customer service!
