Every time I come here it’s before work because I work m-f evenings. No matter how early I leave 1.5 hours is the record I’m always late to work due to there only being one teller. I understand most banking can be done virtually or at an atm but not all please give us a second teller this is getting ridiculous.
I made an appointment to meet in person with a "Relationship Manager" specialist regarding a credit card account opened fraudently in my name. Sam Farag was prompt, sympathetic, professional and knowledgeable - he took the time to call BOA and resolve the issue while I was in his office. I would definitely return to meet with Mr. Farag if ever needed in the future.
I tried to open an account for work req. But, it was a waste of time.. Why have to asked for ALL my information and ID's if you cannot process anything right now or can't get anything done. Making everything simple so complicated. As if I just walked-in there without any proof of identification.. I should have went to the US Bank in the first place - faster, no wasted time..
